Delivery Harbor welcomes customers, stores, and drivers from every U.S. state and town. Customers order from participating businesses, drivers complete local deliveries, and businesses manage their own operations. Availability is confirmed locally before any delivery is scheduled.

Delivery Network Setup

Build the store, driver, cart, dispatch, tracking, and launch pieces from one place.

This room shows what Delivery Harbor can run today, what still needs a real business or driver, and what can be tested with demo records. It keeps the payment rule clear: delivery funds stay between the customer, business, and driver outside Lighthouse.

Upgrade package

Free browsing can stay simple. Full delivery tools become the business upgrade.

Free customers can browse, request a quote, and track. Upgrade businesses get catalogs, prep boards, order inbox, live driver map, dispatch automation, reports, and owner readiness lights.

Store recruiting

Invite restaurants, stores, departments, counters, markets, and local shops into one delivery lane.

Businesses should understand the offer in one minute: they keep their customer relationship, keep their normal payment process, set pickup rules, publish quick-pick catalog items, and use Lighthouse as the delivery coordination software. Lighthouse does not take or hold delivery payment.

Driver recruiting

Give drivers a clear offer before they accept: route basics, item size, timing, proof, and boundaries.

Drivers should not be surprised. They can create a free Work Passport, set their vehicle and availability, review each offer, ask a question, accept, update status, share a live map when they choose, and keep every tip. Lighthouse does not become the delivery payee.

First outreach templates

Copy-ready messages for the first store and driver conversations.

Use these for manual outreach while the network is still small. They explain the delivery offer without promising instant scale, without naming competitors, and without making Lighthouse responsible for delivery payment.

Local store invite

For a restaurant, retail store, market, department, or parts counter

Hi, I am opening a local delivery lane through The Lighthouse. Your business keeps the customer relationship and your normal payment process. Lighthouse only organizes the request, quote, pickup notes, driver handoff, tracking, and proof. Would you like to be one of the first local stores listed?

Local driver invite

For a driver who wants delivery work

Hi, I am setting up a local delivery network through The Lighthouse. Drivers can list their availability, see the pickup/dropoff basics, review item size and proof needs, ask questions before accepting, and keep tips. Would you like to set up a free driver profile for the first delivery area?

Owner follow-up

For a business or driver after they say yes

Thank you. The next step is simple: we will save your setup details, review them for safety and clarity, then run a controlled first delivery test before turning your live light on. No delivery payment is sent to Lighthouse.

Customer order builder

Start with a real store menu: pick the business, build a cart, then review the quote.

This guided builder now reads live business catalog items when a store has saved them. Customers choose a business, tap common items into a cart, adjust quantity and replacement rules, add notes, and keep exact addresses, private codes, and payment details out of the public first step.

Store catalog and menu builder · convenience store catalog

Find everyday items, build a cart, and send a clear store request.

Customers can browse drinks, snacks, household basics, and quick grocery items. Stores control their catalog and stock status. Tracked items are held when the request is saved, released if the customer declines the quote, and deducted when the driver picks up the order.

Items marked out of stock do not appear here. The store confirms final availability and the delivery quote before a driver is assigned.

Add one common request option for a listed business. It saves in this browser as a launch-ready demo and keeps payment outside Lighthouse.

Stores and businesses

Build the delivery network around the places people already buy from.

Customers should be able to start by choosing a business type or a participating store. This launch version supports partner signup, live business catalog items, a public starter directory, and request routing into the delivery owner queue.

Use general areas first. Do not put full addresses, gate codes, apartment codes, card numbers, or private access details in the first request.
