Invite reliable providers without making Lighthouse feel incomplete.
Use this packet to approach reliable providers, explain what Lighthouse Services is, and bring a real provider through profile, Stripe, optional calendar, and one customer job.
Best provider categories to open
Start with practical work customers can describe clearly and providers can quote after reviewing details.
Lawn care — mowing, cleanup, trimming, seasonal help.
Handyman — small repairs, assembly, basic property projects.
Cleaning — move-out, garage, storage, home, or office cleanup.
Moving and hauling — loading, unloading, small deliveries, local hauling.
Locksmith — keys, locks, access help with proof requirements.
Towing / roadside — non-emergency transport, battery, lockout, and local help.
Who to invite
People who answer messages reliably.
Providers who can explain pricing before collecting money.
Businesses with real work photos, real service areas, and clear names.
People willing to keep job messages, quote, payment status, and schedule inside Lighthouse.
Providers who understand they connect their own Stripe payout account for their own customer jobs.
Wait before inviting
Emergency-only claims that need instant dispatch.
High-risk licensed work you cannot review yet.
Providers who want money before an exact quote.
Providers who expect Easy Lot to receive their customer job payments.
Anyone who will not keep customer details inside the job room.
Ready-to-send provider invite
I’m opening a provider group inside The Lighthouse by Easy Lot Storage Solutions. It helps local providers publish a service profile, receive customer requests, quote jobs, and get paid through their own connected Stripe account. I’m inviting reliable providers before sharing it wider.
You stay independent. Customer job payments go to your own Stripe account, not to Easy Lot. Lighthouse keeps the request, quote, payment status, schedule, completion, and review together in one private job room.

Just checking back on the Lighthouse Services invite. I’m keeping provider outreach careful so I can make sure the profile, quote, payment, and job-room process works cleanly before sharing it wider. If they ask “what is this?”
It is a local service marketplace inside The Lighthouse by Easy Lot Storage Solutions. Customers can describe a job, providers can answer and quote it, and the job stays organized in a private Mission Room. Providers keep their own business identity and connect their own Stripe account for their own payouts.
What to tell every provider before setup
Create or sign into My Lighthouse. Their profile, messages, quotes, and jobs should belong to their own account.
Publish a provider profile. They should use the real business or provider name customers recognize.
Connect their own Stripe account. Their customer job payments go to their connected Stripe account.
Connect calendar only if scheduling matters. Calendar helps avoid busy times and place confirmed appointments.
Quote one exact total. Online checkout appears after the customer approves the exact quote.
Keep changes inside the Mission Room. Messages, payment status, schedule, completion, and review stay together.

Provider success rule
Do not judge the process by how many providers join at the start. Judge it by whether one real provider can finish the path cleanly: profile → Stripe → request → quote → payment → booking → completion.
