Owner walkthrough
Bring the first real provider online carefully.
Use this page when you invite a provider to join Lighthouse Services. It keeps the process clear without routing that provider’s job money through Easy Lot.
Step-by-step
- Provider creates or signs into My Lighthouse. The provider uses their own account, not the Easy Lot owner account.
- Provider publishes a profile. They use the business or personal name customers are hiring.
- Provider opens Connections. They connect their own Stripe payout account and finish Stripe’s required identity and bank setup.
- Provider optionally connects calendar. Calendar lets Lighthouse check busy time and place confirmed appointments.
- Customer sends a request. The request and provider response create a private Mission Room.
- Provider sends one exact quote. Online checkout appears only after the customer approves that exact total.
- Customer pays in Stripe. The payment goes to the provider’s connected Stripe account.
- Both sides complete the job. The record, schedule, messages, completion, and review stay in Lighthouse.
Final owner check before wider use
- Open the Services status dashboard and confirm the public provider, Stripe, calendar, and review queues show the expected status.
- Open the provider invite in a private browser if you want to see what a new provider sees.
- Keep the first real provider setup controlled until one quote, payment, booking, completion, and review have been watched end to end.
Owner safety checks
- Do not enter Easy Lot bank details for another provider’s service payouts.
- Use the Services status dashboard to confirm provider count, Stripe connection count, calendar status, and payment issues.
- Ask the provider to handle any Stripe identity, tax, or bank questions themselves.
