Customer sees

Request, provider reply, quote approval, booking, payment, completion, and review.

Provider sees

Profile, boundaries, customer requests, quotes, appointment rules, payment readiness, and job history.

Lighthouse keeps together

Messages, files, schedule changes, payment status, safety holds, receipts, and the final record.

Services online status

The customer request flow is open now. Customers can describe a job and save it privately; provider listings appear as providers finish setup, and matching can continue as the directory grows.

How Services payments work

Customers pay providers directly through each provider’s connected payment account. Lighthouse does not receive provider job payouts, hold provider funds, or make your business use an Easy Lot bank account. Lighthouse membership is separate from service-job payment.

Provider path

Offer services while keeping your business yours.

Open provider invite
1. Build your profileUse your real service name, area, categories, work examples, boundaries, and customer expectations.
2. Keep payments yoursFor customer jobs, connect your own payment account. Customers pay you directly through that account; Easy Lot does not receive your service-job money.
3. Reply and quoteWhen a customer request fits, respond inside the private Mission Room and send one exact quote.
4. Finish the jobScheduling, payment status, completion, and review stay together so both sides have the same record.

Before you join

Providers should be ready to describe the work honestly, keep customer details private, and use Lighthouse for quotes, schedule changes, completion, and reviews.

Customer path

Request help first. Match when ready.

1. Describe the jobShare the task, area, timing, budget range, and helpful photos or videos. Keep exact addresses and access codes private until the job room is ready.
2. Lighthouse saves itYour request stays with your Lighthouse account. If there is no provider yet, it waits instead of disappearing.
3. A provider respondsWhen a matching provider is available, the conversation moves into a private Mission Room so both sides see the same record.
4. Approve before payingYou pay only after one exact quote is proposed and approved. Booking and completion stay connected to the job.

If no provider is listed yet

Submit the request anyway if you want Lighthouse to hold the details. The public directory will fill in as providers are invited and reviewed. You can return through My Lighthouse to check saved requests, messages, and job rooms.
