One map for the whole Lighthouse
Choose by what the person is trying to do first.
The Lighthouse is bigger than storage. This map keeps every public path under seven plain rooms so customers can choose without reading a wall of boxes.
Start with the plain sentence, not the category name. If someone says “I need a person,” send them to Services. If they say “I need pickup or dropoff,” send them to Delivery Harbor. If they say “I have a thing,” send them to Marketplace. If they say “I need work,” send them to Work Harbor. If they say “I need a place,” send them to Storage & Space.
Start HereThe homepage, inside menu, and map now use the same room names.
Start Here, Ask Lighthouse, and the full map help people move without calling you.
The overlap rule
If it sounds like more than one room, choose by the first action: hire help, request delivery, buy or sell, find work, find space, make or learn something, or care for people.
Open these only when the first choice is still unclear.
Each drawer supports the seven-category system above. The goal is to answer overlap questions without turning the main entrance back into a crowded directory.
