More about this section

The name still says storage, but The Lighthouse is bigger than storage now. This room separates storage billing, space requests, public marketplace listings, and related services so nobody has to guess where to go.

Use Storage & Space whenYou need or offer a place.

Storage, parking, lot space, staging space, workspace, land, or an existing Easy Lot storage account.

First actionChoose account, request, offer, or browse.

Existing Easy Lot customers go straight to sign-in. New space needs can become a request, listing, or service path.

Choose my path

One harbor, four clear routes

What are you trying to do?

Pick the lane by what you need first: existing account, private space request, space offer, or paid help around the space. Lighthouse keeps those records from blending together.

Storage is one room, not the whole Lighthouse

Keep the storage business clear while the rest of Lighthouse stays open.

Easy Lot Storage Solutions: monthly rates and availability inquiries

Easy Lot storage customers still need a direct billing and paperwork path. Everyone else needs to know whether they are asking for private space, offering space, selling something public, or hiring help around the space.

02Need private spaceUse a private request for parking, storage, workspace, staging, RV, boat, vehicle, trailer, or unusual practical space needs.Start request

04Public item or serviceStorage supplies and public space offers belong in Marketplace. Moving, cleanup, hauling, locks, repairs, and setup belong in Services.Choose public path
If no space is listed yet: Start with a private request or private offer. The visitor does not need a perfect listing, exact address, or public price to begin; Lighthouse can hold the request in My Lighthouse until the next safe step is clear.
Storage boundary: Do not put street addresses, gate codes, lock codes, unit numbers, private account details, or payment card information into a public listing or first message. Lighthouse should keep space requests private until the customer or space owner chooses what can be shared.

Private first step

Tell Lighthouse what matters.

Use this request when you need a place to store something, park something, work on something, or when you have a space that might help someone else. This is not a public listing until you choose to make one.

Keep exact addresses, gate codes, lock combinations, unit numbers, and private documents out of the first message. Lighthouse can organize the conversation before anything sensitive is shared.

Storage billing remains separate. Easy Lot storage customers should still use the storage portal for rent, invoices, and account-specific billing. Lighthouse membership does not replace storage billing.

Belongs hereUnits, parking, RV or boat space, trailer space, garage bays, warehouse corners, workspace, staging, and unusual practical space needs.
Marketplace is better forSelling shelves, trailers, storage supplies, equipment, storage-related goods, or a public listing that should be browsed by buyers.
Services is better forMoving, loading, hauling, cleanup, repair, delivery, assembly, lockout help, or anything where a provider performs the work.

Start the private request

Shape the space need.

This saves a private request with a request number and access code so you can return to it later.

Add real photos of the space, entrance, parking area, dimensions, clearance, or condition. Do not upload keys, codes, exact address signs, private documents, or anything that should stay hidden.

Save this first request now and add or change details whenever you need to.

When it should be public

Use Marketplace when browsing or posting should happen openly.
