Learn one step at a time
Your first order, clearly explained.
Choose your role. Watch the complete guide, jump to a chapter, or follow the written steps at your own pace. No account is needed to watch.
These videos use sample records. Training does not open a store, approve a driver, connect payments or create a real delivery.

What to do
What you should see
The tool opens the regular workspace. To rehearse store orders, choose Today → Try demo board. In the driver room, use an offer explicitly marked Demo rehearsal.
One delivery experience for every store size
Small convenience stores have a clearly labeled shopping entrance. Groceries, larger retailers and specialty stores use the same cart, invoice approval, tracking and order-help tools.
- Customers: choose a store and delivery or collection option, add the exact packages, then select “Check request details” in the cart. Send the reviewed request only when ready. The complete invoice still needs your approval before payment.
- Before invoicing or preparation: open your saved order’s “Other order tools,” then “Add or change requested items.” Recheck quantities and confirm the change. After the cutoff, use the private order conversation.
- Stores: use Store setup & connection health to choose your shopping category, confirm stock and check the connections that still need real verification. Use Store work for the next order task and reminder rules.
- Item problems: record the case separately from its money outcome. An authorized store owner can review and submit an eligible refund; the timeline distinguishes an attempt from processor confirmation. The optional missing-goods rule stays off until the owner approves its limits.
- Drivers and dispatch: use the same delivery navigation to open authorized offers, pickup, route steps and proof. A routing configuration, practice result or notification-support check does not prove a real trip or displayed phone notification.
The videos explain the core workflow. These written steps cover the new shared navigation, request review, item changes and case/refund controls. The store remains responsible for its actual products, decisions and physical deliveries.

If a step does not work
- Nothing saved? Check the saved result and your connection. Reload the record before retrying an order or payment action.
- Sign-in or assigned access missing? Use your own account or restore your approved driver profile. Another person’s order cannot be changed from an overview.
- Button disabled? Read the prerequisite: customer approval, payment, accepted driver, correct route sequence or proof may be missing.
- Payment unclear? Check the recorded processor status. A return page or a note does not prove a charge or refund succeeded.
- Notification unclear? Browser support and provider acceptance do not prove a notification appeared on the phone. Check actual display.
- Still stuck? Use Help with the order number and issue. Keep passwords and access codes private. A saved support request does not promise an immediate reply.
What remains before a public launch
A real store must agree, confirm its products, stock and operating rules, authorize its payment connection for paid orders, and pair with an approved driver. Complete the physical-device checks and a supervised pilot. The store receives customer payments and pays its drivers; Lighthouse training does not create earnings or a payout balance.
