THE LIGHTHOUSE · STORE OPERATIONS

Know when to order. Check every bag. Handle delays.

Three optional tools for participating stores. Use only hours, stock and rules that the actual store has approved.

Hours and order windows

Customers choose a preparation window in the store’s time zone. It reserves space for store review; it is not a guaranteed delivery arrival time. The store must also be open to requests in its workspace.

Owner-approved rules

Use 24-hour time, such as 09:00–12:00, 13:00–17:00. Separate shifts leave a break. Leave a day empty to close it. Use 24:00 for midnight; split overnight hours across two days. Times use 15-minute increments.

One date per line: YYYY-MM-DD closed, or a date followed by that day’s opening intervals. A date override replaces that weekday’s hours.

Picking and numbered bags

This requirement stays with an order even if the setting is later turned off. The store checks quantities and seals the bag list before marking ready. The driver verifies every bag label at pickup; the normal pickup code is still required.

Automatic recovery rules

Existing requests stay visible. An authorized store review or a cleared condition removes its pause. Rules record an in-site reminder and customer guidance; they do not send new emails, approve replacements, cancel orders, refund money or invent a driver. These rules also review existing active requests when enabled.
