THE LIGHTHOUSE · APPROVED STORE AUTOMATION

Let routine checks run. See what still needs attention.

What can run automatically?

Automatically queue qualifying paid delivery requests

This optional rule queues a paid delivery request no more than four hours old for preparation only when its exact invoice is approved and verified paid, the store is open, its stock confirmation is current, reservations match, capacity is available and there is no blocking problem. Collection orders keep their separate preparation controls.

Approval and explicit limits

The server checks roughly every 15 seconds while the service is healthy. Queuing does not pack products, approve changed items, charge, refund, hand over bags, dispatch a driver or record delivery. Live paid ordering remains a separate approval.

Facts the system still needs

Software can prepare instructions, detect missing facts and keep work paused. A store, driver or verified integration must supply the actual physical result. AI-generated text is not evidence that a task happened.
