Version REGISTER_EVENT_V1 carries a stable eventId, SALE/COUNT/PRICE/HEARTBEAT type, occurredAt and an external product ID. A sale changes total on-hand, a count replaces that total, and reserved units are subtracted once when showing available stock.

Before live use: approve the vendor and scopes, establish the opening count, map exact package IDs, verify webhook signatures or equivalent source authentication, reconcile missed events, protect credentials, and stop publishing affected availability when the feed becomes stale. This lab has no live connection switch.
