Attorney-approved Month-to-Month process: agreement version MD-MONTH-TO-MONTH-2026-09-FINAL-1 is active. Invitations and legal notices are never sent by preparing a record. Nonrenewal uses a separate printable notice, at least 30 days for removal, a five-day email-confirmation check, and verified-mail fallback when required. Enforcement or disposal remains a separate process.
