   The Storage Customer Desk is for existing Easy Lot customers. Open your payment link, or use your storage email and matching reference.

2. Check the matching record

   Check the name, amount, purpose, and payment status. Only records matching both your email and reference should appear.

3. Payments and paperwork

   When checkout is available, review the payment through Stripe. Available receipts and storage agreement details stay with the storage record.

4. Need help finding a record?

   If a reference does not match, use the help options. Never send passwords or card details. Storage payments do not buy a Lighthouse membership.
